Technical FAQ's
The layout is sometimes not displayed correctly. What can I do?
Please hit "refresh" in order to make sure it is not a temporary error. These errors can occur if the site is not completely loaded probably due to a connection failure.
The Website doesn't seem to display the most recently added content. How can I be sure my browser views the latest changes?
Please clear your browser cache and hit "refresh".
The whole website is based on Typo3, a professional content-management-system which has a sophisticated cache-function in order to accelerate page reproduction. Sometimes it can be necessary to manually clear the internal cache of Typo3. This can only be done by the administrator and is in most cases NOT the reason for your problem.
Why do you use "(at)" instead of the regular "@" sign?
We use the (at) in order to prevent spam-robots from indexing our mail addresses. If you don't want to use our mailforms please use "@" instead of "(at)".
An element at the upper right corner on the front page is not displayed. What can I do?
The missing element is a small Flash-application showing the local german time. Please
download the lastest Flash Player from Macromedia to display this content and activate the flash-plugin in your browser settings if necessary.
